In my world, anyone that's born with powers has to hone them right so they don't hurt anyone Not that bad guys care about that, but that's normal. And I'm pretty sure I won't be next, unless COMPASS has developed something beyond what the bad guys do back home.
It's not that easy. For some people, it's impossible. Not when it eats away at their sense and when they can't recognize their allies from their enemies.
